Doctor of Physical Therapy ATHLETE TRAINER

Hi, I’m Erin, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a lifelong athlete with a passion for pickleball.

As a former D-1 volleyball player with a competitive streak, I instantly connected with pickleball. I loved the unique aspects of the sport, from the quick strategy shifts to learning fun terms like “the kitchen.” Most importantly, I discovered how invigorating and physically demanding it can be.

Fast forward to today, and I’m an avid player and a dedicated physical therapist. I have helped athletes of all ages and caliber, including youth, professional, and Olympic athletes. I also have worked with active duty military, including special forces. My personal life intersects with pickleball through my mom and mother-in-law, both enthusiastic players. Witnessing their struggles with common injuries like tennis elbow and knee pain, I utilized my expertise to help them return to their beloved game.

Realizing the impact of targeted physical therapy and strength conditioning, I developed a specialized program. It was initially for my mom, focusing on enhancing her speed and power on the court. The results were astounding – not only did she improve her backhand power and agility, but her fellow players began to notice too.

This success inspired me to broaden my reach. I wanted to help more pickleball players, young and seasoned alike, to stay active and competitive in the sport they love. That’s why I’ve crafted programs specifically for pickleballers, focusing on injury prevention and performance enhancement. My goal is to keep you playing, improving, and enjoying pickleball for as long as you desire. Let’s get started on your journey to being your best on the court
